ON A BRIGHT NOTE

A bright colored jacket is one of the essentials that every woman should own. It's a topper that quite easy adapts to any style for many different occasions. When I wear bright colors, it instantly sets my day on a bright and happy note.
Weather in Chicago leaves us with no choice but expanding our jackets collection and adding a bright colored one to our essentials list :)

MEET AN ISRAELI ARTIST TAMARA

I am extremely excited to introduce you to an incredibly unique Israeli designer Tamara.

Tamara started her own label back in 2005. She studied in Bezalel and Escola Massana, Barcelona, graduated with honors and won a scholarship.

My business relationship with Tamara started about 8 years ago when I just founded Tel Aviv Couture. Her creativity and personality motivated me even more to grow Tel Aviv Couture so people around the world can see the unique abilities that Israeli designers have to offer. I been selling her pieces to my private clients for years and now I am thrilled to also offer the Tamara collection online at TELAVIVCOUTURE.COM

Every time I visit Tamara in her adorable boutique in Flea Market Jaffo, I am wowed by her innovative colorful designs. The vibe, colors, diversity of her collections instantly lift your mood as soon as you walk in to the store.

What's unique about Tamara's line is that every piece is handmade and one of a kind. Tamara works with original materials, textures, lace and precious stones to create one of a kind pieces that haven't seen before.
Tamara's collections are produced in small limited edition series that are constantly renewed. They are sold in exclusive boutiques, galleries and now also available on TELAVIVCOUTURE.COM

RAINY WINDY KINDA DAY

Running errands on a rainy windy day you can't go wrong with leather shorts, cozy sweater and cool rain boots. This year I treated myself with seriously stylish Valentino rain boots. Living mostly in Chicago, it was one of the best investments I made. I have already worn them many times with pretty much anything. In this blog I wore them with a winter white dress here.

So now when the forecast says rain I am kinda excited to rock my Valentino!

NEW APPROACH FOR BUTTON DOWN SHIRTS

I was never a fan of button down shirts, I found them boring and unattractive. But now, they are everywhere, I got inspired and I decided to experiment with it.
The Proenza Schouler top I am wearing changed my perspective about the world of button down shirts. The modern style, color and everything about this shirt simply screamed my name.

To balance out the men inspired style I paired it with mint pleated skirt and red vintage bag.
Now all of a sudden button shirts are not boring anymore:)

ISRAEL MAGICAL MOMENTS

One of the things I love the most about traveling is meeting new people. My last trip in Israel at the Bar Mitzvah celebration, I met an extraordinary artist, Shady Ablasi who luckily was capturing the entire event for the family.

He just recently sent me some of his work. I am excited to share it with you.

Thank you Shady for documenting those magical moments that will stay forever with us.

MAXI SKIRT & LEATHER JACKET

Some elegant pieces never go out of style. The maxi pleated sheer skirt is one of them. I adore the fantasy element of it and this stunning lavender color couldn't be anymore perfect for spring.
My favorite way of styling it is with masculine pieces like this leather jacket and/or biker boots. To bring even more drama, I paired it with statement booties by my favorite Tabitha Simmons for Creatures of the Wind.

A dear friend Elisabeth Smith at JHC Production told me that beautiful clothes make me float in the air. She is so right! I totally felt it while wearing this stunning look for this photo shoot.
