LEATHER DRESS

As much as I try to be consistent with my blog post, I am so overdue with new post. Between running Tel Aviv Couture, styling, new projects and being a mommy and expecting baby #2 in about 2 months, I have to admit that completing my weekly to do list is becoming more of a challenge.
At least,  I have been pretty consistently posting on Instagram,  I hope you follow me there :)

Next week, I finally have my photo shoot to showcase some of my favorite maternity pieces.

This post, is all about timeless leather dress. Those photos were shot more than 2 years ago and never been posted.

I am a strong believer that beautiful things never go out of style. This leather dress was purchased a while ago and was worn many times to different occasions. I even wore it during this pregnancy at relatively early stages just because I didn't want to stretch it much.

I adore this piece because it can be worn year-round, it's timeless and versatile. One on of those items that you should own!

I am wearing Halogen dress which is no longer available but I found some fresh options for you to consider.

NEW YORK NEW YORK

How lucky that my other half grew up in Manhattan and now we have many exciting reasons to go back. For example, this weekend we flew in to attend a super special wedding of Jason's childhood friend.

I am in love with this city. It has so much character and so much to offer that no matter how many times you have been there you always find something new.

Here are some high lights from this trip.

The extraordinary international modern art show that takes place once a year for the last 16 years! I was so excited to attend this iconic event. Besides the inspiring art, I loved watching the incredibly cool crowd that filled very quickly this creative space. And we saw Oscar winner Patricia Arquette who also came to explore the show.

- Grandma visit

Unfortunately, not every visit we get to see all our friends and family but we never miss on meeting  Jason's 93 year old grandma Ida. She is my instant dose of inspiration. This time grandma welcomed us wearing super chic black & white kimono dress, make up and hair done to perfection. I decided from that moment and on to keep the chic at home as well, even if I am alone.

- 2nd Avenue Deli

If you are up for something different such as a picnic in Central Park, I would suggest you to make a stop at the 2nd Avenue Deli and get some cold cuts, knishes or any of your favorite kosher treats.  I wasn't surprised that this deli been around so long as their food is simply spectacular. They also have  a restaurant with a full menu if you prefer to dine in.

It was very short but very sweet trip. We enjoyed every minute of it and already looking forward for our next visit :)

MY WISH LIST

I have a hard time to believe that I am already at my 3rd trimester! I simply can't wait to hold my little guy :) I am so excited!  Good thing that between work and preparing for the arrival of my little prince, time is flying fast.
I am a lot less excited about shopping at this time especially for clothing. To satisfy my shopping cravings I been mostly shopping beauty products and building an inspirational wish list.

This post I am sharing with you some of my favorite products and current top picks from my wish list. All sources can be found on my pinterest, wish list board.

Lately, I decided to experiment nude lip color but when I actually tried, it looked too pale on me.  I started using it as a base for brighter or dark colors and love the results. I am a fan of matte shades,  Nars, Nyx and Anastasia are my favorite!

This weekend, I am traveling for a wedding. Destiation, details and my looks coming in my next blog post. In a meantime, for instant updates follow me on Instagram #talikogan.

Thank you so much for reading my blog. I am the most grateful.
