CROW POSE |
After 3 years of yoga practice, I finally did the crow and
the side crow pose this Saturday!!! This accomplishment was the inspiration for today’s blog.
Several years ago, one of my wonderful friends Corrine introduced me to Core Power Yoga. I had
tried regular yoga prior to that but it didn’t resonate with me. I found
it boring and the pace was too slow. However when I went to Core Power for the
first time the heat made it more challenging for me.
What I enjoy about Core Power is the variety of classes they
offer on a daily basis in many different locations. It’s a great opportunity for
me unwind, relax and reboot. My favorite studio is the Streeterville and my
favorite class is sculpt which is yoga with weighs. Lately, I started taking
also C2, an advanced vinyassa practice.
As my body gets stronger I am able to accomplish poses that
once seemed impossible to me. I lost my baby weight fairly quickly and I have
never been in better shape. This is a huge motivator for me and I hope it will
motivate you as well.
SIDE CROW POSE |
Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you are inspired :)
Special thank you to my wonderful mother-in-law a fellow yogini for taking these pictures for my blog.
NAMASTE

I really love my yoga practice but I don't go often enough. It clears my mind and some of my most creative ideas pop into my head after a practice. I am energized all day and I am more productive at work. After reading your post, I put on my yoga clothes and will do a lunch time practice and have a healthy shake afterwards instead of going out for a big lunch and feeling like I want to go to sleep for the rest of the afternoon.Thank you Tali, for reminding me how good yoga feels!
