MY YOGA PRACTICE

CROW POSE
After 3 years of yoga practice, I finally did the crow and the side crow pose this Saturday!!! This accomplishment  was the inspiration for today’s blog.
Several years ago, one of my wonderful friends Corrine introduced me to Core Power Yoga. I had tried regular yoga prior to that but it didn’t resonate with me. I found it boring and the pace was too slow. However when I went to Core Power for the first time the heat made it more challenging for me.
What I enjoy about Core Power is the variety of classes they offer on a daily basis in many different locations. It’s a great opportunity for me unwind, relax and reboot. My favorite studio is the Streeterville and my favorite class is sculpt which is yoga with weighs. Lately, I started taking also C2, an advanced vinyassa practice.
As my body gets stronger I am able to accomplish poses that once seemed impossible to me. I lost my baby weight fairly quickly and I have never been in better shape. This is a huge motivator for me and I hope it will motivate you as well.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you are inspired :)
Special thank you to my wonderful mother-in-law a fellow yogini for taking these pictures for my blog.

NAMASTE

LET'S CELEBRATE IN ISRAEL!

I am extremely excited to share with you some of the photos I took during my last trip to my homeland, Israel.  The highlight of this trip was the unforgettable Bar Mitsvah celebration of my best friend's son. The event went on for almost a week, starting with an active family trip in the breathtaking sights of Israel followed by a touching ceremony in Jerusalem. The finale was a spectacular party in Tel Aviv. The joy and emotions I experienced during this trip I can best express in pictures.

The only thing I would like to say is that I feel extremely fortunate to have such inspiring, amazing friends in my life. I admire them for not only for their ability to express their impeccable vision but also truly create magic that moves everybody around.

This memorable trip was made possible by ultra creative and professional team, sisters
Avigail Katz and Revital Shakedi. I personally recommend working with them for any celebrations that you would consider in Israel. Their contact info is below:

I came back from this trip with over 2000 pictures :)  You can only imagine how difficult it was to choose those for the blog. Photos of my looks will be featuring in a separate post.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you enjoyed :)

Happy Friday!
