NEW YORK LOOK #2: MINI AND BOXY

Now when summer is finally here, I am back in to mini skirts. When I saw the one I am wearing by Opening Ceremony I just couldn't let it go. To balance the fun print and fitted style, I paired it with simple boxy top. My final touch of socks and sandals was inspired by Chanel heels with attached socks. This just added the whole new spin to my New York casual yet interesting outfit.

I started my day with high heels and finished with fun Miu Miu sneakers :)

RAINY WINDY KINDA DAY

Running errands on a rainy windy day you can't go wrong with leather shorts, cozy sweater and cool rain boots. This year I treated myself with seriously stylish Valentino rain boots. Living mostly in Chicago, it was one of the best investments I made. I have already worn them many times with pretty much anything. In this blog I wore them with a winter white dress here.

So now when the forecast says rain I am kinda excited to rock my Valentino!

MAXI SKIRT & LEATHER JACKET

Some elegant pieces never go out of style. The maxi pleated sheer skirt is one of them. I adore the fantasy element of it and this stunning lavender color couldn't be anymore perfect for spring.
My favorite way of styling it is with masculine pieces like this leather jacket and/or biker boots. To bring even more drama, I paired it with statement booties by my favorite Tabitha Simmons for Creatures of the Wind.

A dear friend Elisabeth Smith at JHC Production told me that beautiful clothes make me float in the air. She is so right! I totally felt it while wearing this stunning look for this photo shoot.
